In celebrating their business relationship of 30 years, the voestalpine Steel Division and Kaltband AG focus on a success story based on trust, quality and continued growth. Beginning in 1994, their close cooperation has developed into a shining example of a successful partnership.


For nearly 60 years, Kaltband AG has been a leading manufacturer of cold-rolled products that meet the highest customer demands. With extensive experience in the processing of steel products, Kaltband AG meets highly individualized customer requirements and has established itself in a wide variety of industries on the world market. This expertise and reliability make Kaltband AG an indispensable partner to the voestalpine Steel Division.

 More than 150,000 tons of high-quality hot-rolled steel products have been delivered by the voestalpine Steel Division to Reinach in Switzerland over the past three decades. The portfolio comprises high-alloy grades used as slit strip in a wide range of applications in metal processing. An outstanding example is the steel products used in the sawing and cutting industries.
