The PSR series is specifically designed for use with MIG/MAG robotic welding stations, and allows you to benefit from the great potential of our robotic range. This equipment has proven outstanding performance and is well known for its reliability. The URANOS NX TLH and the URANOS NX AC/DC are well suited for TIG DC and AC. The Uranos line uses the innovative greenWave® inverter technology that combines extremely energy-efficient operation with optimized power consumption. This not only reduces energy consumption but strongly supports customers' drive for sustainability.

WFR wire feeders are equipped with wire feed and gas test buttons. Suitable for all common configurations. Available in CLASSIC, PLUS and MASTER/SLAVE systems.

High-quality data transmission and monitoring for robotic welding

We provide a wide range of robot interfaces with up to 22/10 digital inputs/outputs and 4/4 analog inputs/outputs. Our interfaces are available for all common types of fieldbus (Devicenet, Profinet, Ethernet, etc.) and can be supplied as stand-alone units or in a metal box. Our remote control RC 350 is a perfect tool for monitoring and setting the welding parameter: 3.5" LCD graphic color display, control handle and intuitive user interface.

Welding at full speed with Böhler Welding torches

Our product portfolio includes durable, high-quality MIG/MAG and TIG torches with excellent reliability and high robustness specifically designed for robotic welding. The torches are available for gas and water cooling and can be integrated in standard or hollow wrist configurations and in push-pull or push-push setups.
