Ski excursion Schladming
After we weren´t able to have a ski trip for two years due to corona, this year we were able to do it again. The destination of our ski weekend was for the second time the Sporthotel Royer in Schladming.
Despite departure in pouring rain, we were able to enjoy a great, precipitation-free, first day of skiing with very good slope conditions. Only the somewhat limited visibility and the wind clouded the slope experience a little. This led to the fact that the one or another hut visit was a little longer than planned. In the evening, as usual, we were treated to an excellent gala dinner.
At the beginning of the second day the lifts were closed due to heavy gusts, which led to the fact that a large part of the participants completely renounced skiing and relaxed with walks, or in the wellness area of the hotel, or in the directly adjacent public bath. The rest enjoyed with delay the new snow on the freshly snow-covered runways.
However, the day was spent, one can speak of a successful and fortunately injury-free ski weekend.
