I have been working as a workplace assistant at voestalpine group-IT since November 2020. Excitingly, I didn't find out about group-IT myself, but my husband tipped me off. And I am more than grateful to him for that.

In my role as a Workplace Assistant, I take care of customers from start to finish. I take their requests, order devices and take care of the exchange of old devices, process tickets and perform backups. My job brings a lot of variety and it never gets boring. Also, (almost) no two days are the same, as there is always something new to learn/fix/edit.
It is simply fun to work together with my colleagues. You feel comfortable right from the start. The connection to my colleagues who work at other locations is also very good. I simply feel like I've arrived.
That's what makes me successful in my professional life. Finding a job where you can imagine working until you retire. And I can tell you one thing: with a job at voestalpine group-IT you can realize this.
