High-precision and economical performance

 

In preparation for the mounting of blades, punches, form jaws and other elements, work surfaces are processed based on your CAD data:

  • Threading
  • High-precision drilling
  • Milling

This makes it possible to mountthe cam unit directly in the tool, thus avoiding additional worksteps such as dismounting,machining, refinishing or cleaning. 

We offer standard preprocessing of the cam unit work surfaces as well as extended preprocessing possibilities. With some cam units there is also the option of milling off the driver tip in order to reduce the transfer height. Please find more information in our folder.
