In March 2021 Böhler Welding weldCare started production in the new factory in Malmö, which is not only the most modern production facility for Picking & Cleaning Chemicals worldwide, but takes an especially sustainable approach:

• A fully automated production was established with closed loops for zero emissions in air and water
• CO^₂ neutral as only renewable energy sources are used – the roof for example is covered with solar panels
• Energy management systems are in place
• Certified according to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
• Highest safety standards for our production workers
• Perfect accessibility – the proximity to central transportation hubs helps to reduce time & exhaust caused by transportation

Additionally to this, we offer our customers a conference room with a separated demonstration area for Live pickling & cleaning trainings, which gives us the possibility to train our people and customers from a basic to an expert level – including demonstrating the applications.

The building holds offices, the fully automated production as well as a warehouse on 3,700 sqm and thus can guarantee 100% product availability as, even if the product is not in stock, every product line can be produced within 2 days.
