UP-Drahtelektroden und Schweißpulver

Wir bieten eine komplette Produktpalette für das Verbinden von Stahl mit dem Unterpulverschweißverfahren an. 

Böhler Welding bietet eine breite Palette von Schweißzusatzwerkstoffen für das Unterpulverschweißen an, bei dem ein metallischer Zusatzwerkstoff (Draht) und ein nichtmetallischer Zusatzwerkstoff, das Schweißpulver, verwendet werden. Die Produktpalette umfasst über 120 Draht-Pulver-Kombinationen für unlegierte, witterungsbeständige, hochfeste, kaltzähe und kriechfeste Stähle, alle Arten von rostfreien Stählen sowie Nickelbasis-Legierungen. Diese werden vollständig im eigenen Haus entwickelt und in unserer spezialisierten Produktionsstätte in Hamm, Deutschland, hergestellt. 

Diese Produkte werden weltweit in anspruchsvollen Industriesegmenten eingesetzt, z. B. in der Energieerzeugung, der verarbeitenden und chemischen Industrie, in der vor- und nachgelagerten Offshore-Fertigung, in Rohrwerken, in der Nuklearindustrie, bei der Herstellung von Windtürmen und im Bauwesen.
