We offer comprehensive training in diagnostic maintenance of UniAC Axle Counting System, including performing proper supervision and diagnostic operations, identifying faults and problems in the operation of systems.

 

Course Content

  • Concept of axle counting system
  • UniAC systems operating environment and system architecture
  • UniAC Axle Counting System features
  • Guidelines for manufacturing and acceptance conditions
  • Installation of outdoor equipment - track and indoor equipment
  • System startup
  • User interface principles and operation
  • Operation and maintenance documentation
  • Maintenance of the outdoor-track and indoor parts of the systems
  • Interfaces with other devices
  • Diagnostics , identification and removal of faults and failures
  • Examples, practical exercises

 

Target Group

  • Employees scope of duties is related to diagnostic service and supervision of correct realization of technical and diagnostic service of axle counting systems based on UniAC technology.

 

Duration

  • 16 hours of theoretical classes and exercises
  • 1 practical day in the field (at the Department's chosen location) or at training stations.
  • The duration of the full-day training includes coffee breaks and an extended lunch break.
  • In case of ordering the training at the premises of voestalpine Signaling Poland, the training will include accommodation between training days (2) and full board for participants. Travel to/from Sopot on your own.

 

Location

The training will be conducted at the company's headquarters in Sopot with a visit to the Plant Manufacturing in Trąbki Wielkie.

 

Additional Information

  • Minimum number of participants: 4
  • Each participant will receive:
    • a certificate attesting to participation in the training,
    • basic package of training materials (included in the basic price) ,
    • an extended package of training materials that also includes the basic tools needed to perform maintenance activities (optional).
