At Campus Donawitz, also known as Competence Center Welding (CCW), the fundamentals of existing and future welding techniques are researched and innovative technologies for welding conventional and new rail grades are developed. Cooperation with welding companies, universities and independent experts as well as in-house welding developement are the focus of Campus Donawitz. Lectures, workshops, welding demonstrations, customer consulting from tendering to final acceptance as well as welder training courses complete the portfolio.
