Live interactions were suddenly no longer possible and therefore an alternative had to be found how to transport knowledge from the teacher to the learner. One of these alternatives is webinars.
What was a real challenge in the beginning is nowadays almost unthinkable without. However, webinars have to be used sensibly where the learning content allows it. If the level of complexity of the training is so high that the lecturer can ensure knowledge transfer with the help of presentations, images, videos and questions from the learners, then a webinar is the right learning method. If interaction with a learning object is also required, then classroom training is preferable or a webinar can be used as a supplement. A webinar can be used as an introduction to bring all learners up to a uniform level of theoretical knowledge. The main advantage of a webinar is that the knowledge transfer can take place regardless of location. This saves travel time and costs and the learners remain more flexible. Webinars are offered at Campus Brandenburg and at WS Academy partner of Railway Systems. At all other campus, webinars are available upon request.
