InnoTrans 2022, the leading international trade fair for the rail industry, took place in Berlin from September 20 to 23. After a two year break due to the pandemic, visitors to the trade fair were full of anticipation to finally be able to exchange views on developments and trends with colleagues from the industry again. In addition to topics such as digitalization and sustainability, the topic of employees and skilled workers was on everyone's lips.
In order to remain competitive as a company in the rail industry, but also in many other industries, well-trained employees are essential. In the coming years, many experts will be taking their well-deserved retirement. However, there is also a great danger that a lot of absolute expert knowledge will be lost. To prevent this from happening, every company must ensure internally that this loss is avoided as far as possible. This is where the Railway Systems Academy comes in. As a systems supplier, we at voestalpine Railway Systems have enormous know-how in the area of the entire railway infrastructure. We want to share this know-how with our customers and partners so that, as a group, we can drive the railway industry forward.
Based on this development, there were extremely interesting discussions and very positive feedback from our customers, partners, visitors and generally interested parties in the railroad industry during InnoTrans. Please feel free to get an overview of our currently offered trainings, let us know your request for customized trainings, or contact me personally at bernd.hinterleitner if you have general questions about Railway Systems Academy. @ voestalpine.com
