Julie brings fifteen years of HR experience, most recently with Canada Mortgage and Housing (CMHC). Prior to that, Julie was Vice President - Human Resources for Imperial Parking Corporation, a 4,000 employee organization whose operations span the US and Canada. Julie has a Bachelor degree from Oregon State, where she was a varsity rower, and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Julie’s role will include implementing talent management initiatives to attract, develop, reward and retain employees while providing the leadership to manage day-to-day HR business operations. Her role will also focus on Nortrak’s culture to enable and engage employees to focus on quality, on time delivery and safety. Julie will report directly to Ant Watson, CEO.
