The Growth Award recognizes the workplace campaigns that had the highest percentage increase in the number of donors and dollars given directly to the United Way. It also recognizes a workplace for maintaining or increasing their number of Leadership donors, ($1,200), year over year.
The Richmond employees participation rate was 61% in 2017 vs 52.5% in 2016. Total employee donations were $15,231.90 in 2017 vs $13,740.91 in 2016 and also maintained their Leadership Givers. voestalpine Nortrak was chosen over 26 other companies in the lower mainland who were nominated for this award.
