Pursuant to § 135 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, voestalpine AG hereby gives notice that the capital increase as already announced December 3, 2018 by issuing 2,200,000 bearer shares has been registered at the Company’s commercial register at the end of the month January 2019. Effective 26.01.2019, the Company’s registered capital is EUR 324,391,840.99 and is divided into 178,549,163 bearer shares. Each share represents one vote.
