A roughly 120 µm thick, hot-laminated protective film ensures optimum protection of the coating surface during processing of the component as well as storage and assembly at the construction site.

The selection of the optimum steel grade is based on the requirements of the finished product (e.g. special forming, strength). With state-of-the-art equipment, we can produce consistent quality within the tightest tolerances from a unique selection of steel grades and with a number of different metallic coatings.
The backside coating can be adapted to individual requirements such as foamability or adhesive bonding.
