Customer satisfaction survey 2024: 90% of our customers recommend us to others

At the end of last year, we at voestalpine Wire Technology once again conducted our customer satisfaction survey - and the results make us proud. 90% of our customers would recommend us to others and rate us as an indispensable wire supplier, proving that "PERFORMANCE IN WIRE" is not just a promise, but a reality.

With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 46.9 and a satisfaction rate of 97.2%, the results show that our efforts are appreciated. The

  • high product quality,
  • reliability and
  • outstanding customer focus

were particularly emphasized. Our technical advice, response time and understanding of customer needs were also rated very positively.
