Showcasing the opportunities and limitations of our industry at the Confederation of British Metalforming's in-house exhibition

3 December 2024 |

At the Confederation of British Metalforming (CBM) in-house exhibition, which took place recently, we had the special honor of being the first supplier to give a presentation that took a realistic and pragmatic look at the opportunities and limitations in our industry. The positive response from CMB shows that our openness and transparency are appreciated in the industry. We are particularly proud of the fact that we were able to open new doors - both for Eurostahl - our sales partner in the UK - and for us, as we were given access to markets and companies where we had no previous contact.

Valuable contacts made and existing customer relationships maintained

During the trade fair, we presented ourselves as a reliable partner. We also took the opportunity to maintain existing customer relationships and make new contacts during a round trip after the event. The trade fair was characterized by a broad mix of exhibitors and visitors - from machine manufacturers in the field of cold rolling and extrusion presses to representatives of the fasteners industry. This diversity offered us valuable new insights and business opportunities.

The establishment of several new contacts was particularly pleasing. A strong network was established in cooperation with Eurostahl and CBM. Our specialist presentations, including those on greentec steel and product-related topics, are always met with great interest.

The success of the trade fair shows how important close contact with industry associations - such as the Confederation of British Metalforming - is. This exchange opens up new avenues on the British market and also promotes contact with other important associations and partners.
