After successful employee events at the St. Peter/Freienstein and Bruck an der Mur sites, the event continued to tour the international locations of the Wire Technology business unit.
The voestalpine Wire Technology locations, interactive events for around 1,000 employees, a relaxed coffee house atmosphere and lots of ideas. All this stands for the new employee event "Wire World Café.
Now, Wire Technology's international sites
The aim of the Wire World Café event is to make the Performance in Wire corporate strategy and the four corporate values of quality, innovation, flexibility and sustainability understood and anchored in the company, while at the same time fully integrating our employees.
"The Wire World Café had a nice atmosphere to talk with colleagues about the opportunities and challenges for our company, to think about and submit suggestions for improvement together," found Nina S., apprentice at voestalpine Wire Austria GmbH, for example.
Some concrete measures have already resulted from great employee ideas, according to management: "We are working on consistently pursuing and implementing them.
