The HR department and the respective hiring manager carry out pre-selection. In the first step we invite you to a

1. interview by video or telephone
2. or directly to a personal meeting at the respective location.

There are two personal interviews. Prior to scheduling a second interview, we invite the candidates to take an online strength analysis and, depending on the function, we also ask them to prepare a small task which will be presented during the second interview.

Each candidate will receive a final answer as soon as possible. A representative from the HR department is involved at every step to ensure constant quality in the process.
