Offriamo un'ampia gamma di polveri metalliche per diversi processi di metalizzazione e saldatura. UTP si è specializzata nello sviluppo di rivestimenti protettivi adeguati in base al profilo di carico, utilizzando materiali di base per lo più poco costosi, nonché fili e polveri adatti ai processi di rivestimento contemporanei.

UTP si è specializzata nello sviluppo di rivestimenti protettivi adeguati in base al profilo di carico, utilizzando materiali di base per lo più poco costosi, nonché fili e polveri adatti ai processi di rivestimento contemporanei.

Le polveri metalliche a base di nichel, cobalto e ferro vengono integrate per soddisfare le esigenze individuali dei clienti con polveri miste con proprietà speciali ed eccezionali in termini di usura e corrosione, anche con ampi intervalli di temperatura. Oltre ai classici processi di spruzzatura a fiamma e alla collaudata saldatura con deposito di polveri al plasma, presso la voestalpine Böhler Welding UTP si stanno introducendo nuovi metodi che utilizzano la superficie laser.
