I fili per brasatura Fontargen sono noti per la loro stabilità di processo particolarmente elevata, che consente all'utente di brasare manualmente o automaticamente. La superficie pura e liscia del filo consente una maggiore durata del sistema di alimentazione. Le applicazioni tipiche sono il MIG-BRAZING di lamiere d'acciaio zincate o non rivestite nell'industria automobilistica, i solenoidi, la climatizzazione e la costruzione di container.
Fontargen Brazing è coinvolta in molti progetti globali di ricerca e sviluppo, in partnership con i produttori di automobili e collabora con i produttori di carrozzerie.
