Varillas TIG

Ofrecemos una amplia gama de varillas de primera calidad para soldadura TIG, que abarca los principales grados. Varillas de primera calidad para aplicaciones exigentes.

El proceso de soldadura TIG es sinónimo de soldadura de alta calidad y se utiliza para aplicaciones exigentes como la soldadura de tuberías, la industria alimentaria, los recipientes a presión, la aviación y muchas otras.

Es necesario tener en cuenta varios parámetros con el electrodo de tungsteno para conseguir un resultado GTAW perfecto, como la composición del material del electrodo a base de tungsteno, el diámetro, el ángulo de la punta y la forma o el aporte térmico. Los parámetros de soldadura pueden establecerse basándose en tablas estándar o utilizando sofisticadas máquinas de soldadura dotadas de funciones inteligentes, como la Böhler Welding EasyArc.

El rango de aplicaciones abarca desde la soldadura de perfiles finos de aceros no aleados, de media aleación y aceros inoxidables hasta la soldadura de alta calidad en pasadas de raíz de chapas y tubos más gruesos y la soldadura de materiales no férreos como el aluminio, el magnesio o las aleaciones de cobre.
