Alambres macizos

Ofrecemos una amplia gama de alambres sólidos de primera calidad para soldadura MIG/MAG, que abarca los principales grados para aplicaciones exigentes. 

La soldadura con hilos macizos por arco eléctrico es un proceso de soldadura económico y muy adecuado para secuencias de soldadura uniformes. El metal soldado presenta buenas propiedades y el método es muy productivo, tanto si se aplica manual como automáticamente. En la soldadura por arco eléctrico con gas de protección, el arco se establece entre el hilo de soldadura y la pieza. El hilo macizo pasa automáticamente por el centro de la antorcha de soldadura. El gas de protección también pasa a través de la antorcha, rodeando el baño de soldadura durante el proceso de soldadura. De este modo, el cordón de soldadura queda protegido de su entorno.

  • En la soldadura MAG se utilizan gases activos. Se utiliza dióxido de carbono o una mezcla de gases. La soldadura MAG dentro de una mezcla de gases es la que prevalece en la práctica, ya que tiene una menor tendencia a  producir salpicaduras y se obtiene una mayor tasa de deposición que la soldadura que utiliza 100 % dióxido de carbono. En la soldadura MIG se utilizan gases inertes como el argón, el helio y sus mezclas. Estos gases de protección no reaccionan ni con los materiales base ni con los consumibles de soldadura.

    El  proceso MAG puede utilizarse con una amplia gama de materiales, posiciones de soldadura y grados de mecanización. Se puede utilizar una antorcha manual para soldar, así como procesos robotizados totalmente automatizados. La tasa de deposición es muy alta, y la productividad también.
