As part of our challenge to achieve and keep our technological leadership, it is the aim of voestalpine Railway Systems to offer our clients sustainable system solutions, services and support in highest quality.

In addition to our ISO 9001 certification, which is in place for more than 20 years, this will be achieved by defining and implementation of voestalpine Railway Systems-internal minimum-standards on each factory. These minimum-standards ensure the highest quality level in all fields like engineering, production and quality assurance. A sustainable fulfillment of customer requirements and satisfaction is ensured by performance parameters, which are centrally supervised by using a KPI system.

Special attention is kept on technological processes like flash-butt welding, forging or rail rolling, which are performance- and safety-relevant. In addition our innovative signaling products fulfill highest technical standards and are approved by corresponding SIL levels. A centrally coordinated expert-network ensures the high know-how-level and the implementation competency within the group.
