We are looking for a team member to be employed as a Public Procurement and Sales Chief in our office in the YDA Business Center of our Austrian-based voestalpine group of companies, which provides fast and innovative solutions to corporate customers in the fields of railway switch production, sales and service, and serves in the global arena.

• Preferably graduated from numerical departments or statistics departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, tendering, bidding and contract management in multinational companies operating in the service sector,
• Expertise in Public Procurement Processes (PUBLIC)
• Ability to use MS Office programs, especially Excel, at an advanced level,
• Ability to speak English both verbally and in written form at a very good level,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Competent in reporting,
• Preferably knowing SAP,
• Residing in Ankara, able to

• Managing contract processes,
• Conducting market research and negotiations with companies,
• Coordination and management of all correspondence processes between departments within the scope of notification management,
• Experienced in reviewing, evaluating, preparing, negotiating and managing contracts, preferably in main contracts,
• Claims and disputes regarding contract managers of corporate customers. Advising and supporting project managers in developing and implementing project and contract strategies,
• Supporting project teams in negotiating with customers to achieve project goals,
• Reviewing contract proposal and draft letters correspondence.
• Recommend and implement policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Develop and implement policies and strategies to maintain key customer relationships and expand the company's customer portfolio.
• Creating the tender offer and follow-up process.
• To take the lead in establishing good customer relations and to plan and carry out activities to increase existing customer satisfaction.
• To coordinate all sales and marketing activities for target customer groups in order to achieve company objectives.
• To create processes that will ensure correct pricing by taking the opinions of other relevant departments during the tender offer process.
