We are looking for a “PRODUCTION MANAGER” for our company with global footprint, which is the international leading supplier of the railway sector. The workplace will be at our factory in Çankırı. 

This position will directly report to the Operation Director & General Manager

• University degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in similar position as manager
• Experience in welded part production
• Preferably experienced in assembly process
• Excellent command of English or German
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork
• No restriction to travel
• Active driver (B)
• Resident in Çankırı is must

• Organization of production operations
• Executes daily production activities and responsible for process improvements in the production area
• Ensuring continuity and optimization of production
• Train & develop production team members to an appropriate level
• Identify Health & Safety requirements for all production process
• Organization of periodic maintenance operations for machines
• Prepare and update the operation plans, workflows and instructions
• Providing required activity reports to management
