We are looking for a "Human Resources Personnel" to work in the Human Resources Department at our company's Factory in Çankırı.

• Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities/Preferably with a Master's degree in Human Resources,
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment,
• Experienced in manufacturing companies,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Preferably used ERP,
• Knowledge of all HR processes (Performance Evaluation, Training, Leave Planning, Job Analysis, etc.).
• Having effective communication skills, prone to team work,
• Solution-oriented and with versatile working skills,
• Preferably with good command of English,
• He has completed their military service for male candidates,
• Residing/able to reside in Çankırı province

• Carrying out blue-collar and white-collar recruitment processes (publishing job postings, conducting interviews, applying inventories to candidates, planning manager interviews, performing reference checks, making job offers),
• Ensuring continuous up-to-dateness of the company candidate pool,
• Carrying out and monitoring the orientation processes of new employees,
• Conducting and reporting exit interviews with employees who have left their jobs,
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports regarding recruitment activities,
• Following up training planning and organizations,
• Following personnel trial processes,
• Providing support to other functions of HR when needed.
