Flexibility, professionalism and trusting, open dealings with business partners are definitely the strengths of voestalpine Tubulars.
This is shown by the customer satisfaction survey conducted online in German, English and Russian at the end of 2021, which showed many superlatives in the feedback from “excellent quality of the products to highly professional support in customer service”. In a smaller product segment, our customers want even more customization of the products to suit their needs. We are very happy to make this feedback our task, because we have already developed numerous products in a wide variety of other segments together with our customers and tailored them to their requirements. We look forward to finding the best possible solution together!
