Once again this year, a large number of voestalpine employees took part in various events in the region. In addition to great sporting results and participation records, health and team spirit were also strengthened under the motto "Fit through the summer".
50 voestalpine Tubulars employees took part in this year's Business Run in Bruck an der Mur - more than ever before. The run led over 5.0 km through the center of Bruck and ended at the main square. There, the great results were toasted and the evening ended in a relaxed atmosphere in the marquee.
Participation in this year's Heart Run in St. Barbara im Mürztal was also very successful. With a total of 36 participants, voestalpine Tubulars was also strongly represented here. The performances of colleagues Eva Seidl, Claudia Habian and Alexandra Heinisch, who took 2nd, 3rd and 5th place in the women's Nordic walking competition, deserve special mention.
In addition to the races, two voestalpine Tubulars teams also took part in this year's Mürztaler 3er Marsch, which was once again held in St. Lorenzen. And at the boccia tournament as part of the already legendary Beach an der Mur in Bruck, there was a beach atmosphere among all voestalpine Tubulars participants.
With their commitment and team spirit, voestalpine employees have once again shown how to stay fit and motivated throughout the summer. The numerous sporting successes and the joy of shared experiences make the events a highlight of the year.
Under the motto "Fit through the summer", not only was health promoted, but team cohesion was also strengthened. We are already looking forward to the next sporting challenges and would like to congratulate all participants.
