At voestalpine Tubulars, we are constantly striving not only to provide our customers with the highest quality products, but also to continuously improve our customer service. In order to best meet the individual needs of our customers, we carry out an annual customer satisfaction survey, which gives us a detailed insight into the cooperation and serves as a basis for further development steps.
With the 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey we have once again achieved a very positive result and are pleased to share the results and some key facts & figures with you.
With a Net Promoter Score of 73 %, we are particularly proud that the majority of our customers would recommend voestalpine as a preferred partner.
The expansion of our product portfolio in 2024 to include tubes for geothermal and hydrogen applications and the new VTS®-edgeTubes - square and rectangular hollow sections - also had a positive impact and were very well received.
In addition, we have achieved very high satisfaction ratings in the areas of joint product development, product quality and general cooperation, which is particularly pleasing.
Other positive feedback relates to our customers' main points of contact. Response times to enquiries and availability were particularly highlighted. The professional expertise, mutual respect and respectful interaction with our customers once again underlines the professional and customer-oriented approach of our employees.
