voestalpine Tubulars achieves top results in customer satisfaction survey.

In a recent customer satisfaction survey, we have reason to be pleased: over 90% of the customers surveyed stated that they would recommend our company to others. An impressive third of those surveyed have had a business relationship with voestalpine Tubulars for more than 15 years. It should be emphasised that the majority of respondents became aware of the company due to recommendations. The most well-known channel that attracts attention is the voestalpine Tubulars website (80.3%), followed by print material and LinkedIn (21.2%).

The results of the survey reflect the fact that we not only communicate our corporate values and customer benefits, in particular quality and flexibility, but also implement them successfully. Some participants criticised the slightly longer delivery times.

The top scores in relation to the main contact persons at voestalpine Tubulars across all product categories are particularly pleasing. Professional expertise, friendliness and the handling of complaints were particularly emphasised.
