This year's summer party at our voestalpine Rotec headquarters in Krieglach was a resounding success. Around 500 employees including their families joined the celebration. Alongside delicious BBQ, vibrant music, and activities for kids, we honored our team’s ingenuity.
Over 200 continuous improvement ideas were submitted and have largely already been implemented by our Austrian employees last business year. These ideas facilitated process optimizations, enhanced safety, and reduced environmental impact. While saving energy and optimizing processes are key to our journey towards CO2-neutral production, we also focus on raising environmental awareness among our employees. Therefore, we raffled an electric BMW iX1 for a year, including charging at our new on-site stations, along with other great prizes, to all idea submitters. Congratulations to the delighted winners!
