At the voestalpine Railway Systems stand, numerous stimulating discussions were held with interested persons. The main focus was on a scholarship programme and the possibility of bachelor's and master's theses in cooperation with voestalpine Railway Systems. In particular, the possibility of writing a scientific thesis with the support of a large corporation aroused great interest among the discussion partners.

The supporting programme also offered two very stimulating and insightful panel discussions on hot topics around business and other current issues. The participants were female executives from the transport and mobility sectors. Topics such as women in leadership positions, green companies, employee retention and necessary, timely onboarding strategies were debated from a wide range of perspectives and experiences.
