The zentrak Customer Portal serves as a central hub for all voestalpine Railway Systems products, providing permanent storage and optimal organization of all relevant asset information. By restricting access to authorized personnel, the portal ensures a high level of data security. This platform replaces outdated methods of data transmission, such as emails or USB drives, making the exchange of sensitive information significantly safer and more efficient. 

Automated Processes and Direct Data Access

One of the standout features of the zentrak Customer Portal is its seamless integration with the zentrak Asset and Maintenance Management software. Automated data transfer eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving time and reducing the risk of errors. Furthermore, scanning a DataMatrix code at the Digital Touchpoint enables a targeted search within the portal. Asset managers can access relevant asset data in seconds after logging in – an invaluable advantage for maintenance. 

Comprehensive Data Exchange and Flexible Use

The Customer Portal supports the exchange of all relevant master data, from turnout specifications and FAT measurements to documents such as 3D models, construction plans, maintenance recommendations, and protocols. For users without direct access to the portal, the system offers a solution: the necessary information can be downloaded and shared as a ZIP file.

Physical and Digital – Your turnouts up to date! Thanks to the zentrak Customer Portal, you receive your turnout not only physically but also digitally—all in one package. 

It’s important to establish contractual agreements between you and your component provider to define the conditions for data exchange via the portal. These contracts will specify which types of data can be exchanged.
