To ensure compliance of the integrated quality, environmental, energy, health and safety management system with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Comprehensively evaluate interested party requirements. Execute orders in a timely and high-quality manner. Continuously reduce the company's negative impact on the environment as much as economically feasible, aim for continual improvement in energy performance, and ensure safe and health working conditions for employees, constantly improving them. 

STRATEGIC TASKS:

Expand the range of services and products in local and export markets. Be flexible and technologically innovative. Prioritize measures that reduce energy needs. Be socially responsible and attractive. Develop employee competencies and improve them. Identify and set targets for reducing energy consumption. Conserve the environment. Carefully select suppliers of raw materials, materials, and other resources. When designing new products, prioritize safety, efficient use of materials, and reduced environmental impact. Pay special attention to solutions that reduce energy consumption and the carbon dioxide (CO2) footprint.
