In 2013 a new 15,000m2 facility was opened in Suzhou, China, together with voestalpine Profilform from Krems. This site supports the expansion strategy on the Asian markets and, with production equipment and stockholding warehouses, permits the active distribution of our products on the Chinese strip steel market. The focus there is mainly on products of the Uddeholm brand, in particular flapper valve steel and materials for the paper & printing industries, but also Bohlerstrip bimetal strip or Martin Miller stone saw steel are distributed through this location.
