voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH manufactures open precision sections with strip widths from 8.5 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.3 to 4 mm as well as lengths from 50 mm to 14 m. In addition, we offer our customers a particularly broad processing spectrum. We produce precision profiles in cold and hot rolled steel, stainless steel, high-strength steels and non-ferrous metals (brass, aluminium, copper). It is an important detail in the manufacturing process not to damage the sensitive surfaces of the profiles. Therefore, not only can functional dimensions be recorded in a 3D measuring procedure during production, but also an increased inspection effort of the visible surfaces can be determined. The visible surfaces of decorative stainless steel profiles can be protected from possible damage during cold rolling, transport or installation by means of full or partial protective filming.
