The aim of this project is to challenge the existing corporate culture and transform it into an agile culture. After all, we can only achieve our progressive corporate goals if everyone joins forces.

In the first phase of the RE:TH!NK Culture project, fields of action were identified and leadership principles defined with the help of an external consultant. In phase 2, our HR development experts brought all interested employees on board and worked with them to develop employee principles for day-to-day collaboration. 

Since then, the RE:TH!NK Culture Team has developed measures to improve the corporate culture every year based on a current topic area. This field of action is presented each year together with the measures developed in the previous year. It is then also possible for all employees to come on board for the next phase of the project or to leave the working team again.
In addition, each of us can and should challenge ourselves with regard to our own actions. After all, our day-to-day dealings with one another shape our corporate culture.
