Welding it all together:
Our welding robot cells.
Automated assembly production
Different welding technologies, perfectly matched to the requirements of the respective material.
MIG, MAG and TIG technologies can all be used in robotic welding cells. Welding efficiency is optimized by the automatic torch changing system and permanent welding process monitoring.
MIG and MAG welding processes are used in two further welding robot cells, each with 4 robots (multi-robot cells). In addition to the welding process monitoring, the components are also monitored here - via a sensor system for component scanning and automated clamping systems.
Benefits
- High effectiveness
- Permanent monitoring
