Our innovative digital eco-system includes state-of-the-art technologies to optimize processes, quality and energy efficiency. A central component of our system is the integration of OT (Operational Technology) to Cloud, which allows us to transfer and use data efficiently in the cloud.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our production processes. 

On our 519,000m² factory site, 300 LoRaWAN sensors continuously record infrastructure parameters that are integrated into our energy monitoring system (part of the digital eco-system).

These sensors enable traceable recording of measured values and regular monitoring of energy flows. The collected data helps us to ensure and continuously optimize system availability at the highest level.
