There are many opportunities for those who want to develop further in the area of production, such as a specially designed internal training course to become a line operator.

Recently recruited employees start with a 6-month introductory phase. During this time, they can get to know our products and the team. This phase is not required for young skilled workers who have been trained in our in-house training workshop. 

Ongoing training and support from in-house mentors prepare them to operate the systems independently. Due to the individuality of our products and systems, the duration of training can vary. Once this step has been completed and independent operating runs smoothly, classification as a plant operator is possible with the option of further training courses.
