  • You can enter your details and upload documents on our online application portal. The applications received will be pre-selected by the relevant department and the HR department.

    The selected candidates are then invited to an interview. The interview takes place in person or online and lasts approx. 1 to a maximum of 1.5 hours. Depending on the position and number of applications, it is possible that a second round of interviews will be held or an online potential analysis will be created for the selected position before a final decision is made.

    After this, the decision is made and an offer is presented.

    If you are not selected, you will be informed reliably and as soon as possible. As it is often only small details that make the difference, we look forward to receiving your application again for future vacancies.

    If you are invited to an interview, you will receive information about parking facilities and the procedure on the factory premises by telephone or e-mail.

    Please use our employee parking lot in front of the plant entrance or the visitor parking lot and register with the porter, who will have been informed of your arrival in advance. Our colleagues will then inform you about the premises where the meeting will take place and explain the way.
    Allow approx. 5-10 minutes to walk to the meeting room.

  • At voestalpine Krems, we believe that it is very important for our new employees to get acclimated to our company. For this reason, we have set up an onboarding process that supports you and your manager in optimally introducing and training you in your new area of responsibility.

    This includes a specific training plan and regular feedback loops with your manager. A defined buddy will also support you beyond the formal and specialist induction requirements.

    In addition to a one-month probationary period, our contracts also include a trial period of 12 months before the employment relationship becomes permanent.
