Coiltech Germany has established itself in recent years as the leading trade fair in the coil winding industry. At this year's event in Augsburg, the focus was on modern materials and machines used in particular in the production of electric motors, generators, transformers and coil windings. More than 5000 visitors from more than 50 countries took the opportunity to learn about current developments in the fields of processing, mobility and motor manufacturing. voestalpine presented its products and services at its own exhibition stand and focused on the newest electrical strip products and innovations in the field of media-tight cooling channels.
Stefan Peter Kaspar, Head of Sales Electrical Industry, was pleased to welcome numerous visitors to the voestalpine stand. His sales team and experts from technology and marketing engaged in valuable discussions about current challenges, forward-looking solutions and new partnerships. The positive customer feedback, especially comments about our stand, sustainability and innovation, give us a sense of pride and confirmation of the path that we are taking.
A special highlight of the fair was the toptyte PROCESS that was presented by Project Manager Ronald Fluch, who made good use of video animations. The innovative approach to the production of media-tight cooling channels for rotors and stators was met with a great deal of interest, from specialized motor manufacturers and stamping companies as well as from other groups interested in technical developments in the field of electric drives. The advantages of the procedure led to numerous in-depth technical discussions.
