I became aware of voestalpine group-IT through a job advertisement on the karriere.at website that was extremely interesting to me. So here I am, since February 2021 as Business Care Manager in the SCC department.
In my role as Business Care Manager, I am entrusted with a wide range of tasks that include demand and complaint management as well as internal communication, resource planning, customer support, budgeting and even sales management.
The variety of my tasks allows me to acquire a wide range of technical know-how. At the same time, my responsibilities allow me to communicate with a variety of people both internally and externally, which is another thing I really like about my job.
As far as benefits are concerned, I'm particularly excited about the opportunity to work from home and the flexibility that comes with it. I also appreciate the employee incentive plan, which allows me to actively participate in the company's success. Not to forget the practical parking possibility directly on site.
As far as my colleagues are concerned, I very much appreciate our cohesion, the willingness to help and the regular exchange among each other. These team characteristics create a working environment that excites and motivates me.
For me, success is closely linked to long-term satisfaction and enjoyment of my work. And very importantly - with a lot of fun!
