Nina: Back to "La familia"
"I had my (first) start at voestalpine group-IT six years ago. After a short detour into the world of food retail, I then returned to group-IT in Düsseldorf a year ago and it felt like coming home."
After three very exciting years in order management, I wanted to change professionally and was given the opportunity to do so. But just a short time later, I realized that I would like to return to group-IT. I was welcomed here with open arms and I am still very grateful for that today. As a colleague put it so well: "Come back to "La Familia"".
Since my return, I have taken over the team in which I previously worked as an employee as Department Lead and have since been responsible for Order Management at group-IT Germany.
My team is responsible for hardware, software and service orders as well as for invoicing. The activities are very varied and we are in constant contact with our colleagues at all locations as well as with our customers and suppliers.
What I like best is working together as a team and with other colleagues. Mutual respect and appreciation, even in challenging times, are the hallmarks of our dealings with each other.
As an international company, group-IT also brings people from different countries together to work on a common goal, but still leaves room for the local requirements of customers and employees.
