I have been part of voestalpine group-IT or its predecessor companies since 1996 and today I work as Department Lead in the ESC Computing department. In my job, I mainly deal with management tasks. I lead teams, manage employees, and am responsible for budgeting and cost control. I particularly enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and working as part of a team.
Together we create a stable, high-performance and secure IT infrastructure. We have the freedom and independence to contribute our ideas and solutions.
group-IT is a reliable and competent IT partner for the entire voestalpine Group. This was also evident during the Corona period, which I particularly remember. We had to react quickly and provide remote workstations for our employees. It was a great challenge, but we managed to do it and the employees were able to work from home within a very short time without any problems. We were only able to do this because of our customer orientation, the way we work together and our team cohesion. Everyone is committed and helpful, and there is an appreciative atmosphere.
I also really like the various benefits at group-IT. We have the opportunity to work flexibly and also from home. Employee shares are also an attractive benefit for me. In any case, it's important to me to make a valuable contribution to the company and to create optimal conditions for employees so that we can achieve our goals. The fact that you can bring your strengths to bear and develop personally is also a real plus.
