"I’ve been working for voestalpine since 2005, and have been a voestalpine group-IT employee for almost 10 years now. At our Dutch location, I support the voestalpine automotive companies in the SAP Logistics environment: from analysis to implementation of a wide range of requirements."
Before joining voestalpine group-IT, I worked as an SAP expert in the automotive sector. In order to further deepen my expertise, I decided to make a complete switch to IT in 2014.
Among other things, I am involved in international projects and I am in constant contact with colleagues, external partners and the various departments of voestalpine companies from all over the world. It is always extremely interesting to see how many different cultures there are. That makes the work particularly exciting and diverse.
It is important for me that the group companies are satisfied with the services provided by voestalpine group-IT. For me, success means customer satisfaction. In addition to my development as a specialist, I also like to share my knowledge. It always gives me particular pleasure to be able to teach new colleagues something and to see their success.
When new employees become more independent and departments as a whole start to work better, these are highlights for me every time.
In addition to the content-related aspects, I enjoy my flexible working hours, the open and clear communication with my colleagues, and being there for each other.
