I have been working at group-IT for eight years and today I am the head of Mobile Device and Workplace Management north. I became aware of group-IT through a team leader position advertised on the voestalpine job portal.
My tasks include coordinating and leading a team of almost 40 employees, budget planning, participating in projects and supporting the partner management of external companies. I take care of contract negotiations with suppliers in Austria and Germany, conduct job interviews and look after our customers. In any case, there are always many exciting challenges to solve.
I particularly appreciate the independent work and the trust placed in me, as well as the great scope I have to make a difference – not only for the company, but also for my customers.
It's also great that I can work personally with all employees, including top management.
