Drop forgings meet the demanding requirements for strength and safety and withstand high dynamic stress. This is why our products have the highest degree of mechanical properties and excellent size accuracy to withstand the greatest demands of daily operation.
We produce key components from corrosion-resistant steels for the hydropower sector, such as forged Pelton buckets and guide blades. The Pelton buckets in particular have a clear advantage over conventional manufacturing technologies in terms of quality and service life in use.
Our comprehensive competence ensures the optimization of the entire forging process. Individual forging parameters are defined and optimized for every type of material to achieve the best processing capability possible.
