We produce precision profiles in cold and hot rolled steel, stainless steel, high-strength steels and non-ferrous metals (brass, aluminum, copper). The most important detail in the manufacturing process is not to damage the sensitive surfaces of the profiles. For this reason, not only can a 3-D measuring process record functional dimensions during production, but an increased testing effort for the visible surfaces can also be determined. The visible surfaces of stainless steel profiles with a decorative use can be protected from possible impairments during cold rolling, transport or installation either with a full-surface or a partial protective film. This way we have been ensuring maximum consistent quality for over 8 decades.

In the area of standard profiles, we offer sophisticated, customer-specific products and solutions for everything to do with steel and maintain a convincing range of L, U, C, C + , as well as hat profiles with near-standard special dimensions that can be used in diverse applications. Your advantage: We react dynamically to the requirements of our customers, thanks to the large selection of combinable tools for standard profiles, we are always the right partner. We also offer you a very low minimum order quantity of 3,000 m. Other important benefits: Thanks to our extensive tool selection, we can always contribute tool parts to our customers' individual profile developments free of charge. With little to no effort, we can also offer near-standard L, U, C, C + and hat profiles with cross-sectional dimensions, material thicknesses and lengths that go beyond the generally available range of precision profiles from stockists.

In addition to the existing standard profiles, we are also the right counterpart for a wide variety of special profiles: voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH produces precision profiles with widths from 8.5 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.3 to 4 mm as well as lengths from 50 mm to 14 m. As a reliable partner for a wide variety of industries, voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH is not only certified to DIN EN ISO9001, but also in accordance with IATF 16949, the quality standard of the automotive industry. The main focus of our precision profiles is the processing of stainless steel - as a specialist, we have an outstanding position in the market: We are one of only a very few manufacturers who can produce cold-rolled special profiles made of stainless steel in distinguished quality. This enables us to meet the challenges of this material in a special way. In addition to the special tool design, the cleanliness of the machines also plays an essential role here. To avoid surface damage, the steel belt must be able to run safely through the cassette system. Here we can guarantee an outstanding end product with special roller concepts as well as filter systems and special emulsions. The relevant safety and technical data sheets for the roller emulsions and foils are provided if required.
